Karen Wong has a diverse work experience. Karen started their career in 2013 as a Retail Merchandising Intern at Prada. In 2015, they joined Object Valley (Asia Pacific) Limited as a Sales Executive. In 2017, they joined PTS Consulting as a Client Services Manager, where they were responsible for customer satisfaction for the portfolio of accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China. Karen also conducted monthly customer meetings and quarterly reviews, prepared client reports with data analysis, and identified new business opportunities. In 2020, they joined Praxonomy as a Client & Partner Success Manager and Client Services Manager. Her responsibilities included maintaining and optimizing end-to-end support processes and workflows, and fostering customer centricity across the organization for long-term success.
Karen Wong completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2019, they attended Harvard University's Extension School - Professional Graduate Program and obtained a degree in Strategic Management. Karen also attended the University of Southampton's Winchester School of Art. In addition, Karen has obtained three certifications: Cert Prep: Scrum Master from LinkedIn in November 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2018.
