Victor Harris

Victor Harris has worked in a variety of roles in the data analytics and technology fields since 1998. In 1998, they began their career at Alltel as a Managing Developer and IT Architect, where they were responsible for external-client projects and corporate IT initiatives. Victor then moved to FNC in 1999, where they held the role of Director of Data Analytic Services and Technology. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Team and Operating Committee, and was responsible for vision, direction and creation of web-based data/analytic products from concept to implementation. In 2009, they joined Harbor Freight Tools as Vice President of Data Analytics and Technology, where they were a member of the Executive Team, Operating & IT Steering Committees, and was responsible for leading technology change management, data analytics strategy, and transformation of business data into strategic and operational insights. In 2018, they joined DataWise360 as an Executive Advisor, Data Analytics Officer, and “data coach” providing data analytics strategy, compliance/governance, & technology consulting. Victor currently serves as Chief Data Officer at Pray.com, a social impact company driven by a mission to grow faith and cultivate community.

Victor Harris attended the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and Human & Organizational Behavior.
