Ashwin Gambhir

Ashwin Gambhir is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Fellow at Prayas in Pune since January 2009, after holding the position of Senior Research Associate there. Prior to this role, Ashwin worked as a Senior Research Associate at the World Institute of Sustainable Energy from January 2006 to January 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, completed from 1998 to 2002. Ashwin's foundational education was completed at Fergusson College and Vidya Bhavan High School in Pune.
