Katerina Mavrou, CCXP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katerina started their career in 1996 as a Client Executive at MRB Hellas SA Research & Consulting, where they worked until 1998. In 2000, they joined PRC GROUP THE MANAGEMENT HOUSE S.A. as a CRM Services Director, and later became the Managing Director and Head of Relations BU. In 2002, they became a Board Member at MRB Hellas SA Research & Consulting. From January to June 2000, Katerina worked as a Marketing Consultant at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. Katerina currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Great Place to Work® Hellas, starting in May 2021.
Katerina Mavrou, CCXP has a diverse educational background. Katerina received their BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from The American College of Greece in 1996. Prior to that, they attended the University of Piraeus from 1991 to 1996, studying Business Administration and Management. In 2000, they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Katerina pursued executive education programs. Katerina completed a program in Digital Marketing: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics at Columbia Business School in 2019. Additionally, they enrolled in the Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future program at MIT Sloan Executive Education in the same year.
Katerina has also acquired several certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified Customer Experience Professional through the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Katerina is also a CXPA Professional Member. Furthermore, they obtained the Customer Journey Mapping Specialist certification from CX University.
