Karlene Fletcher

Karlene Fletcher has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Karlene is currently the Director of Human Resources at PRC Group, where they lead and directs all HR functions for the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, managing the HR function and implementing company policies and programs. Karlene also held various roles at Affinity Federal Credit Union, including Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development, Learning and Organizational Development Senior Manager, Learning and Organizational Development Manager, and Training Administrator/Specialist. At Affinity, they were responsible for developing and implementing learning programs, managing daily operations, and acquiring training grants. Karlene began their career as a Communication Consultant at Novartis.

Karlene Fletcher pursued their higher education from 2008 to 2010 at Kean University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in "Mastering Common Interview Questions" from LinkedIn.
