Mary Ann Jones

Mary Ann Jones has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Pre-employ.com since July 2011. In this role, Mary Ann develops effective training programs, structures benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, and utilizes technology to enhance and measure the results of human resources initiatives. Mary Ann provides strategic human resource advice and support to management, while supervising and assigning tasks to the local HR team. Prior to this, Mary Ann worked in a human resources capacity at Sierra Pacific Industries from 2003 to 2010.
