Erika Salazar

Erika Salazar serves as a Professional Learning and Business Coach at Pre-K 4 SA, focusing on mentoring administrators in early-childhood programming, national accreditation, and educational excellence since August 2021. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Quality Team Leader for KinderCare Education from December 2012 to August 2021, overseeing the San Antonio and Austin markets. As Center Director within KinderCare, Erika successfully maintained a nationally accredited center and achieved a 4-star Texas rising star certification, along with high occupancy rates and notable revenue growth. Erika's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institutes, Home Development Consultant/Trainer at Refuge House, and Foster Care Specialist at The Children's Shelter. Erika holds a BA in Political Science from St. Mary's University and is currently pursuing a CDA in Child Development at Rasmussen University.
