Zack Hilfman

Zack Hilfman has over a decade of experience in the wine and spirits industry. Zack began their career at The Odom Corporation, where they managed a portfolio of business and motivated their team to exceed objectives. Zack then joined E. & J. Gallo Winery as the Northwest Regional Manager for Barefoot Wine, achieving annual revenue and volume growth. Zack later worked at Dale Carnegie Training as a certified trainer, focusing on improving human relations and communication. Zack then returned to The Odom Corporation as a General Sales Manager, overseeing sales representatives and district managers.

In 2012, Zack joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits of Washington as the General Sales Manager Off Premise - Pacific Division, responsible for leading a team in building relationships and executing in the off-premise channel. Zack was later promoted to Vice President of Sales - Northwest Division, where they managed the execution, organization, and sales systems for the company's performance in retail and on sale in Washington. In 2019, Zack joined Precept Wine as the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Strategic Development, where they are responsible for distribution management, sales strategy, and national execution. Zack serves as a national liaison with Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits and provides executive leadership for their $160M annual business.

Zack Hilfman attended Nathan Hale High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Selling Skills and Sales Operations at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Zack studied at the university from 2000 to 2004 and successfully obtained their degree. In addition to their degree, Zack also earned a Sales Certificate from the same institution in June 2004.
