Scott Pritchard

Scott Pritchard serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited since August 2010. Scott is also the Director at Generator since 2017. Scott has been a National Councillor at Property Council New Zealand since 2010 and a Trustee at Tania Dalton Foundation since 2017. Furthermore, Scott is a Board Member at Keystone Trust since 2016. Prior to their current roles, Scott worked as a Fund Manager at Goodman from January 2005 to July 2010, and as an Asset Manager at ING from January 2004 to 2005. Scott also held the position of Asset Manager at Urbus Properties from 2003 to 2004 and Property Development Manager at Auckland Airport from 2000 to 2003. Scott earned their Master's degree in Management from Massey University.
