Lior Rosenberg Belmaker has worked in the field of biology research for over a decade. In 2019, they began working as a Biology Research Manager for Precise Bio. Prior to that, they were a Research Manager at Cell Cure Neuroscience from 2012-2019, where they developed assays for testing product potency and focused on developing new pipeline products. From 2010-2012, they were a Post Doc at Yale University, where they studied the biological mechanisms underlying Autism. From 2008-2010, they were a Research Scientist, PhD at Histogen, where they worked to detect the presence of Wnt proteins and their activity in media produced by newborn human fibroblasts. Lastly, from 2007-2008, they were a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Immunology at Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev, where they studied the mechanisms by which receptors, expressed by natural killer cells, trigger natural killer lysis of tumor and virus-infected cells.
Lior Rosenberg Belmaker received their PhD in Cell and Animal Physiology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2006. Lior had previously received their BSc in the same field from the same university in 2001.
