Andre Karr

Andre has a combined over 35 years’ experience supporting operational and acquisition programs with DoD, NAVSEA, and NAVWAR. He leads Operational and Business Development strategies in the NAVSEA HQ, NSWC Dahlgren, and NAVWAR markets.

Andre is a campaign veteran of Operations DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM and IRAQI FREEDOM while serving on active duty in the United States Air Force for 23 years. He held leadership roles in Operations, Program Management, Education and Training, and Aerospace fields of Maintenance Planning, Production, Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Incident/Accident Investigation.

Andre holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) through Project Management.
