Joe Tolarski

Joe served on active duty in the United States Navy for five years as a work center supervisor in the Engineering department on a guided-missile destroyer. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in information technology. Additionally, he served as the Information Resources Manager to PMA–261 Heavy Lift Helicopters program office at NAVAIR and NAWCAD 7.2.1. He was also the information technology lead for their foreign military sales program providing a SharePoint solution for collaboration with foreign nationals.

Joe oversees the full lifecycle of the information technology systems and services that support our company and customers' business processes. He is a subject matter expert in software and the acquisitions and deployment of complex information systems.

He is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Security+, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
