Heather Fortuna has extensive work experience dating back to 1998. Heather started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Albany Molecular Research and later worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Fortuna then joined Pitney Bowes in 2004, where they held various roles including Manager of Financial Controls and Compliance, Manager of Six Sigma and Business Process Improvement, Director of Global Trade Compliance, Director of Product Quality Assurance, Director of Global Business Operations, Director of Global Sales Operations, and Sales Performance Director. Their last role at Pitney Bowes was as Global Director of Sales Operations for Software and Data Solutions. Currently, Fortuna serves as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Precisely | Trust in Data since May 2020.

Heather Fortuna holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Iona University from 1993 to 1997. Heather also completed the Strategic Lead Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2012, and took accounting courses at the University of Connecticut-Stamford in 2004. In addition, they hold certifications in APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified, and Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certified from APICS, ASQ - World Headquarters, and Pitney Bowes respectively.
