Lou Jackson has extensive experience in the technical and operational aspects of the printing and document management industry. Currently serving as a Technician at Form 10 Group Inc. since September 2019, Lou also holds the position of Field Service Specialist at Precision Document Solutions, a leader in managed print services for the healthcare sector, a role initiated in December 2018. Prior to these positions, Lou was a Senior Repair Tech at Jackson Business Equipment for 28 years, from 1991 to September 2019. Lou's career began as CEO of Advanced Laser Products Inc. from January 1990 to December 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and expanding product services. Lou holds an Associate's Degree in Construction Management and Millwork and Cabinet Making from Sierra College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
