Kristen Ewer

Kristen Ewer is an experienced professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at Precision Fermentation, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions in brewing, including Production Manager and Cellar Lead Brewer at Mother Road Brewing Company, Head Brewer at Dark Sky Brewing Company, and Craft Brewer and Barrel Master at Historic Brewing Company. Kristen's career in brewing began as an Off-centered Brewer at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Additionally, Kristen has a background in chemistry, having worked as a Chemist I at AE Polysilicon Corp and as a Research Technician at OMG Electronic Chemicals. Kristen holds a Masters in Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Denison University.
