Herb Case

Herb Case is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Sr Project Engineer at Precision Grinding & Manufacturing since May 2018. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager at ET Precision Optics and Manufacturing Engineer at PEKO Precision Products, where responsibilities encompassed military, aerospace contracts, and semiconductor product lines. Early career positions involved manufacturing engineering and process leadership at Parlec, Inc., as well as machinist and tool and die maker roles at Gleason Corporation and PGM Corporation. Herb holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an AAS in Mechanical Technology from Monroe Community College, along with various certifications in Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and CNC programming.
