Brianna Weiner

Brianna Weiner has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Brianna is currently working as an In-House Counsel at Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) since March 2023. Prior to this, they interned at the Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee, Inc. in 2021, where they represented clients in preliminary hearings, conducted client interviews, performed legal research and writing assignments, and calculated sentencing guidelines. From 2015 to 2019, Brianna worked as a Paralegal Assistant at Weiner, Spivey & Miller, PLC, where they supported the firm's partners in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, assisted with jury research, and prepared trial documents. In 2018, they served as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, where they wrote bench memoranda, researched pending motions, and observed court proceedings. Additionally, Brianna worked as a Staff Technician II / Legal Assistant at the Newport News Commonwealth's Attorney's Office from 2016 to 2017, where they managed case files, processed cases through courts, and communicated with jurisdictions for relevant documents.

Brianna Weiner began their education at W.T. Woodson High School, where they earned an Advanced Degree from 2008 to 2012. Brianna then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Christopher Newport University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, Brianna briefly attended George Mason University as a Guest Matriculant.
