Lubica Domanova

Lubica Domanova currently serves as CPO/SrVP of HR at Precisional LLC, part of a senior leadership team responsible for organizational development in a new platform company focused on precision measurement and data solutions. Domanova founded Domani & Co in 1996, offering executive coaching and consultancy services to help organizations and individuals achieve their goals. Prior experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Honeywell from 2004 to 2021, where Domanova oversaw global HR management, talent management initiatives, and cultural transformations across various regions, culminating in support for the CFO in global finance. Domanova holds a degree from Charles University obtained between 1986 and 1991.
