Jamie Flanders Shelley, PMP, CSM, CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Starting in 2016, Jamie worked at MOSAIC Technologies Group as a Logistician for over a year before transitioning into the role of Corporate Communications Specialist - Staff Officer. This position lasted until December 2019.

In 2020, Jamie joined ManTech and served as a Workflow and Project Coordinator before being promoted to Project Manager in May 2021. Jamie's tenure at ManTech ended in June 2022.

Currently, Jamie is employed at PrecisionHawk, where they hold multiple roles. As the Flight App Product Owner, Jamie's responsibilities include managing the product development for flight applications. Additionally, as a Technical Project Manager, Jamie oversees various technical projects within the company.

Throughout Jamie's career, they have acquired notable certifications such as PMP, CSM, and CSPO, demonstrating their expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

Jamie Flanders Shelley has a diverse education history. In 2006-2008, they attended Ashford University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Following this, in 2016-2017, Jamie attended Augusta School of Massage, where they received a certification in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. In 2012-2013, they pursued a certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Florida Gulf Coast University. Lastly, in 2004-2005, Jamie attended Northwest Kansas Technical College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant.

Additionally, Jamie holds several certifications. They obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2022. In the same month, they also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In September 2022, Jamie obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
