Dr. Michael Bauer

Dr. Michael Bauer started their work experience in 2005 at TRUMPF Laser GmbH + Co. KG, where they held various roles including Head of Finance + Controlling and Head of Controlling. Dr. Michael also worked as a Personal Assistant to Professor Dr. Berthold Leibinger and as an Assistant to the CFO. In 2012, Dr. Bauer joined Precitec - Laser Material Processing as the Geschäftsführer / Managing Director (CFO, COO).

Dr. Michael Bauer holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Dr. rer. pol.) in the field of Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification in Baden-Badener Unternehmergespräche from Baden-Badener Unternehmer Gespräche e.V. (BBUG) in March 2019.
