Pere Casas

Pere Casas has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Pere began their career as a Deputy Technical Manager at Matrix S.A. in 1996 and later worked as an R&D Project Leader at Hutchinson from 1998 to 2001. Pere then joined Zobele Group as a Senior International Project Manager from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, Casas worked as a Product Marketing Manager for Ingersoll Rand from 2005 to 2007. Pere then served as the General Manager at ETOW TOOL from 2007 to 2011. Casas continued their managerial career as the General Manager at Trelleborg Group from 2012 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President China at Precitec - Laser Material Processing since 2020.

Pere Casas has a diverse education history. Pere completed their Executive Management Programme at IESE Business School in 2018. In 2015, they attended IMD for their Driving Strategic Innovation program. Prior to this, Pere pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Esade between 2003 and 2005. In 2005, they also attended HEC Montréal for the Programme in Strategic Marketing and Corporate Finance. Pere holds a Master's in Lean Operations Management and a Master's in Thermoplastics Engineering and Manufacturing from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed in 1999 and 1998 respectively. Pere also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade from Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona, which they obtained in 1997. Pere's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed between 1990 and 1995.
