Tom Skoczylas

Tom Skoczylas is a Senior Development Chemist at Precix since December 2017, bringing extensive experience in rubber chemistry and materials engineering. Prior roles include Rubber Chemist at American Roller Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing rubber formulations and new compound development, and Process Engineer at Preferred Compounding, focusing on mix procedure development and regulatory compliance. Tom's career began at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as a Senior Project Engineer in the Materials Laboratory, and Tom spent a significant portion of their career at Trostel Ltd, serving as Sr. Development Chemist for rubber compounding, overseeing research, development, and program management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
