Brandon Ward

Brandon Ward is an experienced professional in user experience (UX) and service design, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer and Senior Director of UX at Precocity, LLC since January 2016. As a co-founder of Service Design Dallas, Brandon is dedicated to advancing the service design discipline within the community. Brandon also contributes as an instructor at SMU Continuing & Professional Education, teaching User Experience Design and Service Design. With a diverse background that includes voice acting and over two decades in UX roles, Brandon previously held positions such as Chief Experience Officer at iMpact Utah and Lead Front-End Developer at SolarWinds. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Game and Interactive Media Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Theatre from The College of Idaho.
