Sridhar Ratakonda began their career in 1992 as a Software Analyst at Harvard University. Sridhar then moved to Fidelity Investments in 1993 as a Software Engineer. In 1997, they became a Principal Consultant at Cascade Communications. Two years later, they joined Monterey Networks as a Software Architect. In 2002, they moved to Cisco Systems as a Sr. Product Manager, Cybersecurity, and Sr. Manager, Software Development. In 2016, they founded Predactica\u2122 - An AI powered personal data scientist for business teams, where they served as the Founder and principal architect. Sridhar designed the platform using open source technologies like Apache Spark, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Sridhar was responsible for products totaling ~$140M/year and successfully launched an enterprise Wi-Fi handset for healthcare verticals meeting stringent HIPPA and data encryption requirements. Sridhar also authored requirements to ensure IoT/VoIP endpoints met stringent security standards for DoD market.
