Amanda Wooding

Amanda Wooding has a long history of work experience in the life sciences and technology transfer industries. Amanda began their career in 1996 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cambridge. Amanda then moved to Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 1997, where they held the same role. In 1999, they became a Business Development Manager at Catalyst BioMedica. In 2003, they joined ACAMBIS RESEARCH LIMITED as a Director of Business Development. In 2009, they began working for Cambridge Enterprise, initially as an Investment Director and later as Deputy Head of Life Sciences, Technology Transfer and Technology Manager. In 2011, they became a Non Executive Director at Sphere Fluidics Limited. In 2017, they were appointed as a Non Executive Director at PredictImmune. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Kalium Health as a Non Executive Director.

Amanda Wooding attended the University of Cambridge from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Insulin Signalling.
