Mahesh Joshi

Mahesh Joshi has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting sector, having held roles at a number of companies since 2001. Mahesh began their career at Dar Credit & Capital as an Assistant Manager-Accounts & Finance, then moved to Howden Insurance Brokers as Manager -Accounts & Finance in 2004. In 2005, they joined ICICI Bank as a Process Manager-AML, and in 2006, they became Finance Controller & Company Secretary at General Atlantic Partners. In 2008, they took on the role of Head Finance & Company Secretary at Blackstone, and in 2011, they became Senior Vice President at h20 advisory private limited. In 2013, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at IREP Credit Capital PVT LTD, then moved to InCred Financial Services as Head Finance & Company Secretary in 2017. Most recently, they have been Commercial Finance Director at PredictImmune since 2018.

Mahesh Joshi's education history includes a Sloan MSc in Leadership & Strategy from the London Business School from 2020 to 2022, an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India from 1997 to 2001 in the fields of Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, an ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 1995 to 2000, and a B.COM(HONS) from St. Xavier's College from 1994 to 1997.
