Anna Karin Klinthäll

Anna Karin Klinthäll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Anna Karin started their career in 1987 as a Kredithandläggare at Texaco Oil AB and later worked as a Kreditkonsulent at Texaco Marketing AB, where they provided financial advice and support to retailers.

In 1996, they joined Preem Petroleum AB as a Back Office Derivatives specialist, responsible for contract writing, pricing, and invoicing for derivatives. Anna Karin also worked on implementing a new Trading system.

From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Abaris AB as a Customer Advisor, providing support and making system changes for finance clients.

Anna Karin rejoined Preem Petroleum AB in 2002 and held various roles, including Trading Operation, IT Project Member, and Product Planner, optimizing inventory and refining processes.

In 2009, they became a Senior Planner at Preem AB, responsible for overall product and crude oil planning, including refinery shutdowns and compulsory storage calculations.

Anna Karin then progressed to Manager positions, including Manager Planning and Acting Shipping Manager.

From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Manager of Trading Operations, leading a team and overseeing budget and staff responsibilities.

In 2021, they took up the role of Acting Head of Tax and Customs, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Manager Inventory and Fixed Assets at Preem AB.

Anna Karin Klinthäll began their education journey in 1982 at Katedralskolan Skara, where they pursued a Samhällsvetenskaplig linje (Social Science) until 1984. Following this, from 1984 to 1985, they attended Institut catholique de Paris, where they studied Francais (French). In 1985, they enrolled at Västerhöjdskolan in Skövde and focused on Economics and Marketing until 1986. Finally, in 1989, Anna Karin Klinthäll briefly attended Stockholm University for a Juridisk översiktskurs (Legal Overview Course).
