Natalie Cawood

Natalie Cawood is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive financial management. Currently serving as Group CFO at Preference Capital since October 2021 and Financial Director at Cash Flow Capital South Africa since September 2016, Natalie has a strong background in leading financial operations. As the founder of The Delight Box, an artisan foodie initiative, Natalie supports local producers and charities while overseeing all financial and operational functions. Previous roles include Financial Manager at Vinewave and Blue Financial Services, where responsibilities included financial oversight and strategic management. Natalie's career began at PwC, where Natalie progressed from Article Clerk to Audit Manager. Educationally, Natalie holds a CA(SA) designation from SAICA and degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pretoria.
