Kelsey Caswell

Kelsey Caswell is a professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and patient services. Currently employed as a Behavioral Health and Substance Use Admissions Specialist at Preferred Family Healthcare since October 2020, Kelsey manages client admissions and facilitates connections to mental health and addiction services. Previous roles include Patient Services Coordinator and ICU Cardiac Monitor Technician at Hannibal Regional, where responsibilities included patient monitoring and support for nursing staff. Kelsey’s earlier experience includes a position as Medical Secretary and Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, along with providing resident oversight as an RCF Aide. Currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Leadership and Public Services at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Kelsey is also working towards a Certificate of Addiction Studies.
