Irving T. has extensive experience in customer relationship management and system support, currently serving as the CRM Manager at Preferred Hotel Group since April 2012. Prior to this role, Irving held the position of RMS Administrator at Dreams from May 2011 to April 2012 and worked as a System Support Specialist at InterDyn LANAC Technology from October 2009 to May 2011. Earlier in Irving's career, a role as an Admin at iNest Realty was undertaken from 2003 to 2004. Irving is an alumnus of DePaul University.
