Robert Hubbard

Robert Hubbard is an experienced parking operations professional with a robust background in managing facilities and operational oversight across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Parking Garage Operations Manager at Preferred Parking since August 2021, Robert is responsible for daily operations, financial record maintenance, staff training, and safety management. Previously, as Facility Manager at SP+ from September 2016 to August 2021, Robert led operations for over 3,500 customer accounts and developed a multimillion-dollar budget, while also recovering significant lost revenue through auditing practices.
