Mark Foster

Mark Foster, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management. Mark has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Preferred Pump & Equipment, Director of Human Resources at Terra Renewal LLC, and Senior Recruiter at DFW International Airport. Prior to these positions, Mark served as the Director of Human Resources at Loomis Armored US and as the Human Resources Consulting Director at CNA Insurance. Mark also worked as the Lead Human Resources Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mark's career began at Wausau Insurance, where they held several roles, including Region HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist/Manager/Regional Manager. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and policy administration.

Mark Foster, SPHR attended Alma High School, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled in Michigan State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources. Mark studied at Michigan State University from 1975 to 1979, focusing on the field of Human Resources.
