Kari Hirman

Kari Hirman is a highly experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Pharmacy at UnitedHealthcare since June 2022. Previously, Kari held various leadership roles at PreferredOne from October 2017, including Director of Pharmacy Benefits and Manager of Pharmacy Benefits. With a foundation in clinical pharmacy from Prime Therapeutics (2013-2017) and experience as Pharmacist In Charge at Fairview Health Services (2011-2013), Kari has also worked as an Executive Pharmacist at Target and gained early experience as a Student Pharmacist at HealthPartners and Walgreens. Kari earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Minnesota, where education was completed from 2006 to 2010, building on earlier studies at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and participation in PSEO.
