Kwandy Tanudiredja, FRM has a comprehensive work experience in risk management and portfolio management. Kwandy is currently serving as the Head of Risk, Asia at Prelude Capital since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Winnington Group Limited for ten years from 2011 to 2021, where they held the position of Senior Portfolio Risk Manager, Hedge Fund. In this role, they specialized in portfolio construction and risk management, managing day-to-day portfolio market risk, conducting quantitative research, and providing trading risk monitoring and hedging strategies. Before joining Winnington Group Limited, Kwandy worked as an Associate at Morgan Stanley Capital International from 2010 to 2011 and as a Senior Analyst at Ajia Partners from 2007 to 2010, focusing on hedge fund quant research and risk management.

Kwandy Tanudiredja, FRM pursued their education in the field of Finance with two consecutive MBA degrees. In 2006, they enrolled in The University of Hong Kong and completed their first MBA degree in 2007. Later in the same year, they furthered their studies at the London Business School and obtained a second MBA degree focused on Finance.
