Kathy'smost recent position was as a Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Premera Blue Cross, where they worked closely with the executive team to lead people agendas and facilitate cultural and organizational change. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director of Human Resources at MSFT, where they oversaw global talent acquisition excellence and led HR teams for the Experiences and Devices division. Kathy has a proven track record of managing post-ship organization change, implementing talent management strategies, and driving people agendas to support business growth.
Kathy DeCaprio completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later on, they pursued their Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) degree in the same field of study from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, attending from 1993 to 1995.
