Shaun Ibe

Shaun Ibe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Premera Blue Cross since January 2020, Shaun leads a cross-functional team of HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Compliance professionals. Previously, at Virginia Mason Medical Center from August 2015 to January 2020, Shaun acted as a senior HR consultant and labor relations partner, enhancing team member experience in patient care. Shaun's foundational experience includes a decade-long tenure with the US Army, where Shaun held multiple HR leadership positions, contributed to significant organizational efficiencies, and received the Army Bronze Star Medal for exemplary service. Shaun's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and specialized training in Lean Medicine from Kaizen Production Office.
