Leopoldo Mangilinan

Leo Mangilinan Jr. is an experienced professional currently serving as Site Lead at Premier BPO, LLC., overseeing operations and legal compliance for the Quezon City Site since May 2022. Previously, Leo held various leadership roles, including Senior Operations Manager at Concentrix and Program Lead positions at both FIS and iOPEX technologies. Leo's early career includes significant operational management roles at VXI Global Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities spanned multiple accounts such as ATT Uverse ICM and Comcast. Leo Mangilinan Jr. holds a BA in Psychology from AMA University and is pursuing a degree in Political Science and Government at San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila, alongside a high school diploma from Aquinas High School.
