Sheryll Lin Lai

Sheryll Lyn L. is an experienced project and operations manager with a diverse background in training and quality management, primarily within the BPO sector. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Training and Quality Manager at Premier BPO, LLC since July 2019, Sheryll has demonstrated expertise in overseeing project implementations and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Assistant Language Teacher at Borderlink, Inc. and English Second Language Teacher at Minerva English School, where Sheryll developed and facilitated educational programs for young children.
