Lara M. has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as an HR Coordinator at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai since March 2014, where Lara prepares and updates HR documentation in alignment with internal policies. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Officer and HR Assistant at APL Management JLT, responsible for providing effective administrative support to business operations, and roles as a Business Development Executive and Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Noble Design Solutions LLC. Lara holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management from Qualifi Ltd and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Makati.
