Kim Sparks has over a decade of experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Human Resource Director at Premier Family Medical since May 2008. Prior to this, Kim held the position of HR Director at Crossroads Court Services from July 2012 to May 2014, where responsibilities included supervising up to 350 clients and ensuring compliance with court orders. Kim's career began as a Medical Receptionist at Tri City Medical from May 2008 to July 2012, focusing on patient interaction and billing tasks. Kim earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis between 1988 and 1994.
