Bart Zacks

Bart Zacks has been the Director of Franchise Development at Premier Franchise Management since April 2018. In this role, Bart is responsible for bringing in and training new Premier Pools & Spas franchises nationwide. Prior to this, Bart served as the Research Director and Office Manager at Time Enterprises where Bart revolutionized the research processes, increasing the department's productivity significantly.
