Maha ElTawil

Maha ElTawil has extensive experience in the field of human resources and administration. Maha is currently working as the Group Human Resources Director at Premier Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Samcrete Investments from August 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at FedEx Express as the Country Head of HR & Administration from July 2015 to August 2019. Maha also served as the Country Human Resources Manager at DHL Express for 10 years, where they managed the HR department and legal matters. Additionally, they managed the Customer Services Manager for 3 years. Their responsibilities included implementing business strategies, making key decisions and recommendations, and achieving business results. Maha's earlier experiences include roles at Raya Holding for Financial Investments as a Human Resources Account Manager, Coca-Cola Bottling Egypt as a Training & Development Manager, and IBM as a Free LAnce Trainer/Instructor. Maha has expertise in performance management, recruitment, training, and assessment systems.

Maha ElTawil began their education at English Mission, where they completed their Secondary Certificate in Mathematics from 1966 to 1979. Maha then attended Ain Shams University from 1979 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree. In 2001, Maha obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The American University in Cairo. Maha continued their studies at EuroArab Management School from 2002 to 2004, obtaining a Master's degree in Management learning & Development. Lastly, they pursued a PHD in Human Resources Development at Nixon University from 2013 to 2015.
