Connor Wade

Connor Wade is currently the Digital Experience Manager at Premier Guitar. Prior to this, they were a freelance musician from 2005-2021. During this time, they were a bandmember in groups spanning genres of jazz, bossa-nova, rock, blues, and punk styles in studio and live settings across the Midwest. Connor was also the drummer in Brad and the Big Wave, professionally recording and releasing their debut album, “This Crazy World” in 2019 and a follow up coming in 2023. Additionally, they were the drummer in Fever Love, with 3 singles released through Bandcamp. From 2016-2021, they worked at The Englert Theatre, where they held the positions of Development Associate and Development Assistant. In 2014, they worked at West Music Company as a Band & Orchestra Sales Associate and Print Music Coordinator. In 2013, they worked at the Percussive Arts Society as a Percussive Arts Society/Rhythm! Discovery Center Intern.

Connor Wade obtained a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of Iowa in 2013. In addition, they earned a Performing Arts Entrepreneurship Certificate from the same institution in May of 2013.
