Jeffrey Starr

Jeffrey Starr, Jr., CFA, has extensive experience in finance and treasury management, currently serving as Treasury Manager and previously as Treasury Analyst at Premier Health Partners since November 2015. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as a Financial Advisor at Robbins Wealth Management from May 2010 to November 2015. Earlier career roles include a Work Study position at Erie Vet Center, where responsibilities included assisting veterans with claims and benefits, and a Sales Associate role at Lowe's Home Improvement focusing on plumbing and electrical sales. Jeffrey's military service includes a tenure in the U.S. Army from June 1999 to December 2006, where responsibilities included managing telecommunications networks and leading a team, culminating in an honorable discharge as a Sergeant after serving two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Academically, Jeffrey holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Wright State University and Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
