Meghan Tartamella

Meghan Tartamella, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Operations at Premier Lacrosse League since October 2021, Meghan previously held the role of Director of HR at NTWRK, a leading livestream shopping app. Meghan also has a strong background as Human Resources Director at FBE, where a wide range of programming was produced for a global audience. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Sunny Side Up Consulting, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, and founding GrassRoots Yoga and Meditation. Meghan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
