Osei Sankofa

Osei Sankofa has a diverse and extensive background in football, transitioning from a professional player to various coaching and managerial roles. At The Premier League, Osei currently serves as Head of Coaching Pathways, previously holding positions as Senior Coaching Manager and Coach Inclusion and Diversity Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Education Manager at Kick It Out and coaching U16s at Leyton Orient Football Club. Osei's coaching career began at Charlton Athletic Football Club, where an academy coaching role was undertaken, following a successful playing career at both Charlton Athletic and Southend United Football Clubs.
