Andy Mills is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently serving as the Customer Experience Director at Premier Marinas since May 2016. Previously, Andy held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing at Dolphin Dynamics from July 2014 to April 2016. Between January 2005 and June 2014, Andy worked in consultancy engagements, as Group CIO for STA Travel, and as Director of Business Systems, overseeing global operations for a company with a turnover exceeding $1.2 billion. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Director at Travelbag from 1992 to December 2004, where Andy focused on the long-haul travel market. Andy holds an HND in Business & Finance from Solent University and completed education at Montgomery of Alamein from 1977 to 1982.
