Nicola Walsh CMM has over 20 years of experience in marina operations, currently serving as Operations Director at Premier Marinas since May 2016, where responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, managing health and safety systems, and enhancing company culture. Previously held roles include Head of Operations and Marina Manager, showcasing a strong background in customer service, sales growth, business development, and leadership. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Global Marina Institute and various roles at Marina Developments Ltd and The Yacht Harbour Association. Nicola Walsh also held the position of Chair for the UK & European CMM Group, with a foundational certification as a Certificated Marina Manager (CMM).
