Andrew Chernack

Andrew Chernack is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in patient care and medical education. Currently serving as an MD at Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley since August 2014, Andrew emphasizes continuity of care and the bio-psycho-social model of medicine. Active staff at Vassar Brothers Medical Center since July 1983, Andrew previously practiced as a family doctor at Hudson Valley Medical Group, P.C. from April 1992 to July 2014, fostering long-term care in the community. Additionally, Andrew has contributed as clinical faculty at UnitedHealth Services/Wilson Hospital Family Medicine Residency from June 1989 to September 1991, focusing on teaching and program development.
