Larry Schofield

Larry Schofield has a diverse range of work experience spanning over the years. Larry most recently held the position of National Director of Talent at Premier Mortgage Resources since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the President of Pro-Seeker Recruiting Services for almost 19 years, from July 2004 to February 2023.

Larry also served as the National Business Development Manager at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation from September 2021 to November 2022. Larry gained experience in HR and management roles as the HR Director/Senior Manager at Enrichment Technology US, Inc. from November 2011 to July 2015, and as the HR and Training Consultant at You Win, Inc. from June 2004 to November 2011.

Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment strategies, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. Larry has also been involved in board memberships and leadership roles, such as serving as the SHRM President in 2012 and being a Board of Director Member at SHRM from 2002 to 2012.

Larry's earlier work experience includes roles such as HR Manager at Larsen from 2002 to 2004, Staff Development Instructor/Trainer at the County of San Bernardino from 2001 to 2003, and On-Site Staffing Manager at West Valley Staffing from 1999 to 2001.

Larry Schofield earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from Brigham Young University from 1995 to 1998. Larry later went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino from 2000 to 2002.
